In 2021 we decided to move house from The Netherlands to Spain - in search of a more conscious way of living. In May of 2022, we drove to our destination, packing our car with the bare necessities only. After a lengthy search, you can now find us in the Estepona area in the Costa del Sol region, building a new and inspiring existence, in a country built on passion, local flavors, authenticity and a zest for life.

AIRE concierge is built on a deep desire to create a home away from home, based on the trials and tribulations we’ve encountered during our emigration process. Moving from one holiday home to the next, in search of a place to call home, has taught us that small gestures can do a lot to make you feel at home. From a subtle scent, being welcomed by a friendly person, a stocked refrigerator, an inviting atmosphere to a clean house - we are convinced a lot of things in the property management world in this area are in need for a change.

Founder
I am born and raised in the Dutch retail world, in which I build a career in Marketing, Creative Direction, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Design. In 2020, right before COVID-19 hit the world, I decided to follow my dreams and opened up a concept store and also worked as a free-lance brand director and designer.
In 2022 we decided to follow our dreams and drove from The Netherlands to Spain, settling in the Estepona / Casares region. It was during those first few months we moved from one temporary and holiday home to the next, aire was born.
With aire we aim to bring a much needed breath of fresh aire in the property and guest management world. operating on an entirely different collaboration and service structure. Personal, authentic, small scale and dedicated to each and every home owner, for which we take care of their precious property as if it was our own.
Founder
As long as I can remember, I was always intrigued by cars and technique and growing up - you could always find me in my father’s workshop. After a career of over 35 years in the automotive industry, working for brands such as Volkswagen, Audi and BMW, I decided that it was time for a change.
Arriving in Fuengirola the first weeks, then moving to Estepona and renting various holiday apartments - my eyes were truly opened by untidy properties, the lack of communication but most of all, the detached approach towards renters.
With aire, a dream has come true as it brings out the best of my talents. I love to collaborate with our small family of property owners - truly taking care of their Costa del Sol home 24/7 - in person and with an eye for detail.

In 2023 I've turned my dream lifestyle into my everyday reality - moving from Lithuania to the Costa Del Sol, together with my husband and son.
My love for details in interior spaces and conscious living can be found throughout every corner of my life. Nature's beauty inspires me. I believe that its simplicity holds the key to true happiness.
I’m the organized, active, and enthusiastic type and I thrive on personal connections, channeling positive energy into every endeavor. I believe that nothing is impossible - a must-have attitude when working with our small group of home owners at aire.
For me, creating harmonious spaces and meaningful experiences is something that’s done together. Having joined aire, I feel I’m truly part of an amazing journey and I am extremely proud of the different way we work with our clients. After all, no one is a number and everyone has their personal story to share.

Sustainable

Everything we do, is done with sustainability in mind. We hope to inspire you with our environment-friendly cleaning services - using steam cleaning only. By doing so, we are cutting away the use of excess water - a must-do in Andalusia where water is a precious commodity. Though we are not in any way fully sustainable in everything we do, we aim to incorporate conscious work methods and social responsibility towards our future.

We are well aware of the fact guest and property management can sometimes be quite urgent so we are here whenever you need us - whether it’s late at night or early in the morning.
