We founded aire in 2023 with a mission to bring a much needed breath of fresh aire to the property and guest management world, operating on an entirely different collaboration and service structure. Personal, authentic, small scale and dedicated to each and every home owner, we take care of each precious property as if it was our own.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE SUSTAINABLE CLEANING PROFESSIONALS

As one of our cleaning professionals, you’ll be part of our small, family run agency, creating a home away from home for our small group of precious clients and their guests. We take pride in delivering our cleaning services with a keen eye for detail, making sure nothing’s overlooked. To be honest, we expect the same can-do attitude from our new colleagues too.

ABOUT YOU

3 years + working experience within the fast-paced professional cleaning business in the Costa del Sol area.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Dutch, French and German is a plus.
A can-do and flexible attitude, prepared to go that extra mile for our clients.
Willingness to adapt to our sustainable cleaning methods, always working with a keen eye for detail.
In possession of a car.
Full-time availability during peak seasons, able to deliver excellent work under time pressure.
A cheerful and friendly person who understands cleaning involves more than a dust-off and a drive to the next property.
